The Strange Angel

    Pelayo and his wife Elisenda went out into the storm after Pelayo heard a terrifying noise. There lying on the ground was an old man, which appeared to be an angel. Not sure of what to do, the young couple put the angel into the chicken coop to keep an eye on him until they could obtain more information about the angel.

    Soon after they had found the angel, people from all over had come to see the stange creature. Finally, Father Gonzaga added to the crowd by coming to the couple's aid and evaulated the creature, confirming that it was an angel and told the pair that they would be better off by killing him.

    Having too big of hearts the couple could not kill the angel, insted many years went by eventually leading to the angel living in the house. Elisenda had grown weary of him and one day fate changed her luck. The angel with his newly restored wings attempted to fly. At first his attempts were feeble, but he grew stronger throughout his trials and fianlly flew away up into the clouds, taking a heap of relief off the couples shoulders.
