Regarding the clouds: They are not that hard to make. I made ONE cloud of circles similar to this one: http://stripgenerator.com/strip/656545/they-are-not-forks/view/all/. The rest was done with duplication, blur and opacity. The patterns on the moon are made of the same cloud :-)
