    The Overthrow of Cronus

    Cronus had 6 children, with his sister/wife Rhea. Cronus was warned that one of his children would someday overthrow him.

    Cronus, one day you will be taken over by one of your own children.

    I must do something about this!!!

    So he ate each of the first 5 children straight after birth.

    I'm going to eat you, you meddling kids!

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

    After the birth of the 6th child, which happened to be Zeus, Rhea disguised the child as a stone wrapped in clothing.

    He'll never suspect this.

    While Zeus was young, he was hidden in Crete. When he was an adult, him and his mother made up a plan to get Cronus throw up the five children.

    We must stop him.

    He has caused too much trouble.

    Zeus served Cronus a special elixir, and with the help of his brothers, sisters and the giants, he defeated Cronus and the Titans after a 10 year war.

    Oh no......

    The battle was won with Zeus' trademark move, the lightning bolt.

    Time to finish this off!!!

    AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

    Zeus then banished Cronus and the rest of the Titans to Tartarus, the lowest region of the underworld.

    You are hereby banished forever, to Tartarus and you shall never return.

    NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!
