    Hi everyone, welcome to the gym class!

    Before we start, if anyone has any injuries that I need to know about, could you tell me?

    Are you going to be all right, mate?

    Yeah, I'm fine thanks.

    I mean, my back's been giving me a bit of jip, but other than that I'm fine.

    But, um, what about your leg?

    Well, this knee's been playing up a bit, but it should be OK.

    I meant the one that's... er... um... missing.

    Oh, that! It'll be fine.

    OK, great, if you're sure about that. Right, everyone take a step to the left!

    AAAAAH! AAAAAAAH! OH GOD! MY LEG! AAAAAAAAH!
