Do you know what Covalent Bond is ?

    Uhm. What's that?

Covalent Bonds are bonds that are formed by two atoms sharing their electrons.

Oh. I see, but what is the other kind of bond?

    Oh. The Ionic Bond?

Can you also explain what's that all about.

Uhm. Ionic Bond are chemical bonds that transfer one electron to another element.

Uhmm. Can you explain further more, so that I can understand it better.

Okay. CO2- O=C=O, is an example of covalent bond.

So. Ionic Bond is easier than Covalent Bond.

Yes. Here's an example of Ionoc Bond.
    Na + Cl → Na+ + Cl− → NaCl.

Now. I get it. Thanks for the time helping me understand Covalent and Ionic Bonds.
