    From what I've heard, The Great Cape has trouble taking off...and landing. I'm not sure what other powers he has, no one has seen him use any.

    One thing is for certain, though, he doesn't have super intelligence.

    But that's because he leaves giant craters, and every one has fled for their lives. It's possible he has super strength, because he can pull himself out of tons of rubble.
