    Hello, I don't know if it is helpfull but I want to do something for you strippers :-) of SG.
    So made a how to create 3D effects

    1. We start with a shape

    2. press "D" to duplicate

    3. invert second one

    4. move the inverted onto black till you get this

    5. click on the white one and give it a 4-10% blur

    6. press "D" to duplicate
    another one

    7. invert it to black again, here you can play with the blur
