    Hi Mary, Yea it’s Tina. I’m the realtor representing Tim and Michele who are interested in buying the house you have up for sale. We have a few items to add as part of the addendum. Michele would like to have the AC checked, and the basements sprayed for insects. Tim would like to have strategically cut arrow slits added to the upper level for over lapping fields of suppressive fire, a trench filled with kerosene dug, remote controlled articulating chainsaws arms added near the front door for when the zombie invasion comes.
