    FLASH Stength: 3/4 Skill: 3/4 Intellect: 3/4 Charisma: 5/4 Speed: 6 Agility: 6 HP: 8 Age: 24 Good/Evil: Good Psyche: Flash may look like a punk or a bad person, but he actually is an undercover Cheif of Police.. He has many disguises. Presence: Cheif of Police / Fighter Backround:
    When Flash was a teenager he was actually a punk. After many times of the police knocking on his door and arresting him, he became interested in the whole police bussiness.
    Flash started to get his act together and join the police.. After about 2 years he became the Cheif of Police.
    Now he is the Cheif many evil groups like the "Jesters" (Evil group that go round riding motorbikes at midnight shooting things) target him to try and kill him... Weapons: Flash has a few favourite weapons that he uses alot.
    They are The Bow 'N' Arrow
    His Sword
    And of course his many guns.
