ExpandPrometaphase -
The nuclear envelope breaks up and some of the microtubules combine with the centromeres as the others elongate and head to the cell center. Kinetochore - Protein structure at the centromere I feel big and tickly inside... Metaphase- Spindle fibers pull and allign the paired chromosomes on an imaginary equator of the cell. Anaphase Begins... GAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Anaphase -
The centromeres split and the sister chromatids are pulled towards the centromeres as the cell begins to divide... I'm a Siamese Twin?!?! Telophase -
Nuclei begin to form at the opposing poles and the chromatids are pulled almost completely to the forming nucleoli. Nuclear envelopes also begin to form. Cytokenesis - The division completely finishes as a furrow is created, pinching the original cell into two new cells. PINCH!
