300 Years Later - Man's Fall (2)
  • Description

2016 - Soon, volunteer soldiers were not enough to feed the war machines. Drafts of all able-bodied men were mandated. Fathers, Husbands, Sons... Miners, Machine workers, Information Technicians, Accountants, Businessmen, Artisans... All were sent to feed the war machine hungry for blood. All fighting for the glory of the homeland...

Soon, as each nation tried to gain an edge, experimentation with viral warfare and genetic engineering soared, at the cost of lives of enemy captives and enslaved nations. The mandates handed down by the Geneva convention? Nothing more than toilet paper...

    --------------

I believe another explanation is also required in this installment. I am not anti military by any means nor do I buy into any form of conspiracy theory.

Ah, this sounds nothing like any of the conspiracy theories out there. Plus the Geneva Convention was nothing more than toilet paper to the old administration... not even allegedly anymore.

The strip itself seems to be missing some text.

mandates handed down by the Geneva convention PRINTED ON toilet paper
