    yup! totally agree.
    the minus and the plus shouldn't be anonymous. Maybe that's a sugestion to make to the programers. If you click on your rating, you should be able to see the "+ list" and the "- list".

    I gave a + because it looks pretty! I agree ratings should not be anonymous, if you are going to down rate, give a reason.

    Like said Qenene: the + needs the - as the light needs the dark and the up needs the down.
    But ...
    If you will get the anonymous plus, you know:
    somebody likes him,
    you are doing a good job,
    somebody agrees with you.

    If you will get the anonymous minus, you don't know what is badly.
    And you will never guess if giving you the minus won't say it.
    It for the author can be valuable criticism and the topic for discussion.

    So, away with anonymous minuses.
    Have the courage to say what you don't like, the same how you have courage to give of minus.
