You may not know thy users
  • Description

    Customer may think they know their users and can speak on their behalf. But it is always better to test with the users themselves than just take customer's word for it.

    We don't need any usability testing. I can tell you exactly how each user would use it.

    Ok... so do all the users have the same cognitions, feelings, motivations, experience, knowledge, behaviors, goals and contexts of use than you?

    @satukyro 2019

    Well... no.

    In that case we should usability test it.

    Or rather test the boundaries.
    Because if you overlook the corners no one looks into,

    Someone will look in them and finds things you don't want them to find
