Under The Outie
  • Description

I wanted to call this one Journey To The Center of The Lost World That Time Forgot - but space limitations wouldn’t allow that. The title I did give it comes from Under The Andes: a lost world novel by Rex Stout who is famed for creating the detective Nero Wolfe, who is thought by some to be the son of Sherlock Holmes but probably isn’t. Stout is best known for his detective fiction so the odds that anyone here has read Under The Andes is slim. So why would I reference something so obscure? Well, mostly because I wanted to call this one Journey To The Center of The Lost World That Time Forgot - but space limitations wouldn’t allow that.

According to my research there’s an elaborate system of underground roads that no chicken has ever crossed.

How would we get down there?

Simple, just find the nearest dormant volcano and hop in.

Alright, but the first time a prehistoric monster tries to eat me, I’m turning back.
