A Lovely Xmas Tree

    'Twas the night before Xmas and all through the place,
    Not a creature was stirring, because I threatened to bash in their face.
    The tree had been strung with the entrails of a clown,
    Topped with the fallen angel in her thorny crown.

    The children in their beds, they won't make a peep,
    For fear of the fat man who watches them sleep.
    Very soon he would be their judge,
    They will try to bribe him with milk, cookies, and even fudge.
    This year though, if he judges too harsh,
    They will kill him and dump his body in the marsh.
