    Hi all, thanks for coming back!



    Attention:
    As you can see, we worked hard, very hard to deliver the new version of Stripgenerator™ - 1.5. Even though it is publicly open, we expect to see some bugs that we could not fore-see. Therefore, please treat the current version as something that is not perfect, and help us polish it by posting bug reports and annoyances. And expect numerous updates in the following 14 days. At least.

    Please, use this forum post to report bug and annoyances only. But before you do that, try to read all the already submitted reports to make sure you do not duplicate the report.

    At the same time, when reporting a problem, include your operating system information, browser version information and flash version info. This will speed up the bug-fixing procedure drastically.

    1. all your personal library designs and objects are lost. The engine is completely new and will allow a lot more functionality in the future and therefore we had to make a clear cut. We are very sorry for this. We worked on a possible solution for a month and the results were too poor to be acceptable.

    2. Personal avatars are lost too. But this should not be too problematic to redo.

    3. There are a lot new functionality. We will let you discover for a day or two, later on we will start describing some new hints. Hopefully with your help.

    4. biggest workload will fall on to increase the speed and stability of the creation strip engine.

    5. Engine still has problems with inverting colour, long text resize (be careful with longer text in bubbles!) , groups and blur/opacity and speed in general.

    6. Masking is for now a bit different than it used to be. We will keep it this way for some time, but the old way of masking will come back with near future updates.

    tahnks for all the awesome work Andraz!! So many of the beta issues were resolved, you guys were really listening to the feedback and bug reports...thats really really cool of you : ] I am just getting on now and experimenting, it runs smoother too than the beta did. I will let you know if I note anything but so far very cool.

    For some reason, the Create screen will not load completely for me. I can see items in the library that I saved from jZeno, but that's it.

    Hi guys..

    as we said, there is still some work that needs to be done. Hopefully the bugs will not stop you from being creative.

    Horatius, yes, I have noticed that too. It seems that firefox new updates broke something in regard to flash stuff. We have been trying to fix it, but no luck yet.

    3.6 is even worse.

    Don't know if anyone else is having the problem, but SG almost crashes my browsers now (Firefox and IE.) I got it to work fine (somewhat) once, but now I can't even create a comic because of that. I don't know if it's my laptop or what... I mean, I was able to play Portal and several detailed flash games on my laptop so I think it should be able to hand the editor.

    I guess I get to wait till my regular computer is returned to see if it's just my computer... but I want to finish creating the comic I started now.

    well, looks like we lost "red". now its a different shade of blue and orange... its OK by me but for battle effects some people might want red back...

    we also lost ability to ungroup library objects...but i guess that is not a huge deal... much easier to navigate strips now... and comment and rate...

    Okay, I've noticed that when I try to invert the color on the diamond, it turns into a white square/rectangle. Not a white diamond like I'm wanting.
