    RULES 1: No quick kills(Kill somebody without a fight, unless they messaged you and want to.) 2: No god mods (making troups indestructable. 3: You can make up to three new characters besides yourself (No char sheet needed for side characters) Side chracters must be different than your normal troup and have a name (Unless that's part of the story) 4: Reasonable movements (You can't travel across the whole SG in less than one strip.) 5: Fights must have messaging back and forth between enemies to decide the outcome and the fight in general. 6: Must vote on who is king/queen of an empire (Four) 7: If a king/queen dies a new one must be apointed (second to that person.) 8: THE SECOND SG GAME TAKES PLACE IN A DIFFERENT UNIVERSE THAN THAN THE FIRST. (Past happenings don't exist.) 9: NAVAL troups/ battles are in!!! :) (I'm making a large body of water this time! 10: If two players both want to live then they either both live or it comes to a vote. 11: In the beggining of a battle you must decide if it's a vote battle or normal battle. (Vote battle's outcomes are voted on by onlookers. 12: Third type of battle: Style point battles. (Receive style points for unique moves, whoever has the most makes the finishing blow. (Optional) 13: Your character doesn't have to be a warrior (BabeLincoln's being a bard who doesn't fight) Warriors strongly recamended!!!! Victor Streetino

    Exactly what I was wondering? Does it determine strength of skills or how often it can be used?

    A few questions popped into mind. Do we have the same attribute sets (strength, speed, intellect)? Do we have the same amount (20) to put to these? Do we have the same limit on abilities/skills? Any rules/regulations on those abilities? And finally, are we suppose to do our character sheet/s now or are we suppose to wait till the 30th on that?
